- Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize process and system requirements.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across the finance application landscape.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and controls that improve cycle times, accuracy, and financial outcomes.
- Drive standardization and adherence to global O2C and R2R processes across regions and business units.
- Provide ongoing reporting and updates on process performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to finance leadership.
- Act as a key liaison between finance users, functional SMEs, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications to support ERP configuration, enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Own and govern global O2C and R2R process design, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with enterprise finance transformation objectives.
- Develop and deliver training materials and change management support to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
- Lead and develop a small team of functional SMEs supporting process execution and optimization.

- Experience in global or multi-entity environments strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance process design, controls, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP and finance systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Concur, or similar).
- 7+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or finance systems, with deep exposure to O2C and/or R2R processes.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, PMP, or similar) a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
