Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field (or equivalent education/experience).
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, eye and ear protection, and reflective vests.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in health, safety, or environmental roles within an industrial setting.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Ability to work in an active manufacturing environment with exposure to fluctuating temperatures, paper dust, and noise levels.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and compliance management systems.
