The company has grown rapidly in recent years and, with an expanding client base, is now hiring a Quote Coordinator. The role sits within the help‑desk team and is responsible for managing all quoted works, from preparing accurate proposals to presenting them to clients, tracking approvals and ensuring efficient execution. The coordinator will also analyse approval rates, margins and reasons for declined quotes, providing recommendations to improve performance.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with solid written and numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in a fast‑paced help‑desk setting and familiarity with service‑provider SLAs, KPIs and quote turnaround are advantageous. The role requires a calm, problem‑solving mindset, empathy and the capacity to manage relationships both internally and externally.
