Monitor implementation of firmwide payment processing policy and process customer payments as necessary
Manage adjustments to deposits and recording in CRM
Manage requests for payment (particularly permits) and timely process check payment
Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding collections issues
Manage AP/AR reconciliation, including processing change orders, customer service credits, and agreement cancelations
Document checks in financial system to ensure proper record of payment
