Manage and track the construction permitting process from plan submission to receiving permits to achieve the timely receipt of all construction permits.
Conduct inspections with various contractors to ensure quality construction, housekeeping, and proper hand-off to subsequent contractors.
Establish and maintain relationships with inspectors.
Manage the testing and inspection process to ensure quality control.
Conduct pre-construction meetings with agencies, consultants, and contractors as necessary.
Manage efficient scheduling, proper design and quality of installation of electrical, telephone, gas, and cable systems with various providers.
Anticipate need for building permits and schedule bonding appropriately.
Manage the submittal of all plats, bond estimates, and associated fees; track and report the status of all plats.
Coordinate with Land Development Project Manager to ensure compliance with storm water regulations.

Interface with design engineers to communicate field related issues and promote increased quality of design.

Review utility layouts and easements for approval.
Track utility installation status.

Manage the platting process to achieve the timely approval of Preliminary, Bonded, and Final Plats.
Manage construction of land development projects; develop and maintain schedules for development.
Manage and track the Entitlement process from initial consideration to Final Municipality approval process.
