Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Safety Advisor to join our Southwest Team! This role will support projects throughout AZ and NM. The Safety Advisor will assist the division with planning and implementation of safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT). The Safety & Training Advisor is responsible for reinforcing safety culture within the organization.

  • e:Inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulation
  • s.Assist in developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual material
  • s.Ensure timely and accurate incident reportin
  • s.Provide training to field personnel through tailboards and briefing
  • s.Audit job sites to ensure all employees are following proper HSE procedure
  • s.Perform analysis and trending of HSE statistics and metrics to proactively monitor safety performanc
  • s.Prepare written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective measure
  • s.Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe condition
  • t:Assist in identifying training needs and gaps, and propose training/education plans to fill gap
  • s.Support and Development of HSE Program
  • s.Support Company HSE training to ensure it complies with state and federal regulation
  • s.Assist in the development and enhancement of HSE program
  • s.Evaluate Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSE) education and training program
  • g.Follow up on corrective actions to ensure completion and effectivenes
