Our electric power generation clients are expanding work in the nuclear industry to increase output from existing plants. The role involves consulting on power uprates, interacting with clients and project teams, and delivering technical recommendations.
Candidates must hold a BSME from an ABET‑accredited program and have at least ten years of experience in the nuclear power sector, including work on power uprates or turbine retrofits. Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and relevant codes and standards is required, along with excellent technical writing and communication skills.
The position offers a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote, providing flexibility while maintaining collaboration.

The total compensation for this role ranges from $142,710 to $215,440, with a base salary or hourly rate plus a discretionary annual bonus, and complies with local transparency regulations.
