Ensure quality standards and safe work practices are upheld on site
Conduct project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future performance
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective contingency plans
Develop and track detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Lead projects through all phases—planning, procurement, execution, and close-out
Oversee subcontractor coordination, RFIs, invoices, change orders, and documentation
Integrate and champion Chandos systems: Production System, Project Execution Plan, Quality Management, and Health & Safety
Build strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders
Finalize contracts, optimize purchasing strategies, and manage procurement activities
Lead, coach, and support project teams while fostering collaboration and accountability

Proven experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects from start to finish with 5 or more years of direct work experience in a project role for a mid-size to large general contractor (GC)
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, scheduling, and cost control
