Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Assist in planning and hosting community events and open houses to attract prospective residents.

Conduct tours of the community, showcasing amenities, services, and lifestyle benefits.

This is a Full time position (37.5 hrs per week) Tuesday-Saturday with some flexibility based on the candidate. to include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate resident needs and special events.

Wages is a combination of Salary and Sales Commissions. The base wage range is between $53,000 to $59,000 with a typical commission running an additional 20%.
