  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Assist in planning and hosting community events and open houses to attract prospective residents.
  • Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain engagement and provide information.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
  • Conduct tours of the community, showcasing amenities, services, and lifestyle benefits.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.

  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Mentally and physically able to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Be courteous and friendly to visitors and work in a cooperative manner with fellow workers.
  • Able to plan, organize and direct people and functions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

  • This is a Full time position (37.5 hrs per week) Tuesday-Saturday with some flexibility based on the candidate. to include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate resident needs and special events.

  • Wages is a combination of Salary and Sales Commissions. The base wage range is between $53,000 to $59,000 with a typical commission running an additional 20%.
