- Serve as a cross-domain technical leader, mentoring developers and analysts across ERP, cloud, and front-end teams.
- Oversee performance, scalability, and security of Acumatica and front-end applications.
- Lead design and development of ERP customizations and integrations using Acumatica xRP Framework, C#, .NET, SQL, and APIs.
- Sit while answering phones or reply to emails
- Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls
- Repeat the same movements when entering data
- Drive front-end application development using Angular (or React ), modern UI frameworks, and responsive design practices.
- Manage relationships with Acumatica, ISVs, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, data privacy, and business continuity standards.
- Architect and optimize data persistence across SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and ERP data models.
- Lead ERP upgrade planning, patch management, and enterprise release strategies.
- Define architecture patterns and development standards spanning ERP, web applications, and cloud platforms.
- Partner with product, business, and IT leadership to translate strategic goals into scalable, secure, and resilient technical solutions.
- Own the Acumatica ERP technical roadmap and ensure seamless integration with customer-facing applications, cloud services, and data platforms.
- Build cloud-native services and integrations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leveraging APIs, microservices, and serverless functions.
- Promote agile engineering practices, DevOps automation, and continuous delivery.

- Cloud architecture on GCP (compute, storage, serverless, security, monitoring).
- Acumatica Technical Specialist Certification preferred
- Understand the speech of another person
- Strong technical vision with ability to align architecture across ERP, cloud, and digital applications.
- PMP, Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Project Accounting, CRM).
- Relational databases (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases ( Firestore , MongoDB)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
- Proven track record of ERP implementations, cloud integrations, and modern web application delivery.
- Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them
- Speak clearly so listeners can understand
- Acumatica X RP Framework, C#, .NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio.
- Acumatica Developer Certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills for influencing business and technical stakeholders.
