Assist with a strategically important international project within JFD’s global portfolio.
Ensure health, safety, environment, sustainability and security objectives are achieved throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with JFD’s Global Project Execution Process (GPEP) and associated procedures and that the governance is maintained throughout the project.
Identify, monitor, mitigate and report project risks to internal management.

Monitor, compile and submit project reports to the customer and internal management capturing the status of the project in line with PMO processes.
Assign and manage tasks to vendors, engineering, production, and support functions.
Develop detailed project plans to guide the customer and internal stakeholders on the projects progress, status and variances from the plan.
Delivery of the project on time, on budget, in compliance with the requirements and to the customers complete satisfaction.

Awareness of working to maritime, defence standards and international quality & safety standards would be advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in a Project Management role, ideally on previous Defence Maritime projects, that are heavily engineering focussed.
Would hold or be able to obtain security level clearance.
Qualification in Project Management from a reputable association.
Experience of delivering in service / contractor logistic support services within a naval maritime environment would be advantageous.
You will need to be able to pass security clearance for this role and also have the right to work and reside in the UK.
International project delivery experience, preferably within the Defence environment.
Full clean driving licence.
Previous experience of commercially sensitive projects and the security aspects this entails.
Proven experience with UK and International Defence contracting terms and conditions.
