- Solve random failures by analyzing test logs, software, physical measurements, and visual identification.
- Understand and modify test scripts as needed.
- Troubleshoot and maintain proprietary automated test rigs and related processes.
- Perform detailed analysis on test quality of the assigned product, identify trends, and lead corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development of Design of Experiments (DOE) and data gathering to resolve ongoing failure trends.
- Address and resolve product failures, including wiring and sensor issues, through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Document testing instructions and build test rigs.
- Collaborate with internal engineers and customers on testing processes, ensuring excellence in design and testability.

- Ability to read and interpret schematics for low-voltage switchgear.
- Basic coding knowledge.
- Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or 6+ years of experience in lieu.
- 5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing-related industry.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and solve problems related to low-voltage switchgear.
- Experience with Siemens PLCs and reading S7 code.
- Knowledge in DFX (Design for Excellence) and DFT (Design for Testability).
- Electrical experience with 3-phase AC (up to 480v) and control voltage (24vDC).
- Proficiency in debugging software and performing root cause analysis.
