- Support the Account Director in the implementation of all full-service components of first-class facilities management, specifically addressing the client scope of work per the contract.
- Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client and oversee the development and management of the expense budgets by interfacing closely with the our JLL finance manager.
- Provide support in implementing short and long-term projects for the client project based on participating addendum and contract.
- Assist with developing and implementing the annual management plan and budget adjustments for the buildings.
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with team-mates and the client.

- Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis. Effectively manage the annual budget, baseline adjustments, and finance components related to specific client portfolios.

- Bank Management experience
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, operations, and/or maintenance.
- Corrigo experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- 4+ years of work experience in Facilities Management or Building Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Knowledge in maintaining, operating, and repairing all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds.
- Superior customer service, team player who builds and maintains relationships.
- Computerized Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS) experience
- BOMI FMA, IFMA FMP or IFMA CFM credentials
- Effective use of technology and tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
