Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide hands-on technical guidance.
Collaborate with product and project managers to define requirements, timelines, and milestones.
Plan and allocate resources across projects according to priorities and deadlines.
Evaluate and implement emerging cloud technologies and frameworks.
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure cloud architectures.
Partner with internal and external teams to ensure architectural alignment and solution quality.
Define cloud architecture patterns, development standards, and best practices.
Oversee cloud security, performance optimization, scalability, and cost management strategies.
Ensure successful delivery of cloud applications and services from concept to deployment.

Proven experience leading and managing technical teams (min 8–12 people)
10+years Solution & Enterprise Architecture experience (Cloud & on-prem architecture, Integrations, large-scale system design and implementation)
Fluent spoken and written English
Strong leadership and & result oriented
Ability to create, develop and evaluate practical solutions from complex topics with multiple stakeholder interests.
Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science discipline
Strong proficiency in cloud-native development using C#, .NET, Python, or similar languages.
