Ability to work in high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines

Attention to detail and the ability to exercise good professional judgment is required
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a close attention to detail. Self-starter; able to seek out resources and structure own workflow.
Ability to implement and manage web-based document control systems
Engineering or Construction Management curriculum is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required
Excellent organizational skills
Understanding of the application of business processes in the Construction environment
Currently attending Bachelor’s degree program
Experiance with Primavera Contract Manager or equivalent software
Strong consultative and communication skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, staff and external customers
