Support the development of municipal stormwater ordinances
Support business development efforts, including scoping, budgeting, and proposal input
Prepare, submit, and present MS4 reports, PRP/TMDL plans, pollutant loading calculations, and related technical documentation

Participate in client meetings, public meetings, and regional stormwater events
Coordinate with state and local regulatory agencies regarding stormwater permitting and compliance

Assist municipalities with all aspects of MS4 permit compliance and regulatory reporting
Mentor and support MS4 Specialist I staff or interns (as applicable)
Collaborate with engineering and GIS teams to analyze feasibility of stormwater projects

1–3 years of experience developing PRP/TMDL plans and conducting stormwater utility inspections
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Familiarity with federal, state, and local stormwater regulations
Knowledge of BMPs/SCMs, erosion and sediment control, drainage systems, and stormwater utilities
CAD/modeling software experience is a plus
Ability to complete outdoor fieldwork year-round and navigate municipal/industrial job sites
Ability to stay current with evolving stormwater regulations
Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and collaborative approach
4–6 years of relevant experience in MS4 compliance, stormwater management, or environmental services
Travel within a day’s drive for site visits and project needs
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, GIS, or related field
Experience using GIS platforms
Willingness to learn Office365 applications, including Power Apps
