- Liaise with client representatives and consultants for updates, clarifications, and progress validation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Prepare and update project progress reports and submit follow-up logs to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Assist in site inspections and ensure all completed works are in line with approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Support the project team in documentation, approvals, and handover processes.
- Track daily progress of Contractor/consultant construction works and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Monitor material delivery schedules and follow up with procurement and suppliers to avoid site delays.
- Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.

- Proven experience in project coordination, follow-up, and documentation within large-scale infrastructure environments.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction, preferably in building, infrastructure, airport projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project planning.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
