Embassy Suites by Hilton Houseperson - Full-Time, First Shift

Join Our Team as a Houseperson at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown! At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a dedicated Houseperson to support our housekeeping team and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. In this role, you will assist with various tasks to ensure guest rooms and public areas are pristine, contributing to an overall exceptional guest experience.

• Strip guest rooms by removing used linens, towels, and amenities.
• Stock housekeeping carts with clean linens, towels, toiletries, and supplies.
• Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping closets and storage areas.
• Assist with cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas as directed.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, clean stairways, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste safely.
• Replenish supplies in public areas such as towels and toiletries.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hazard‑free environment.
• Report maintenance issues or damage through the hotel operations software.
• Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or related experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Physical stamina for extended cleaning tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
