Production Estimator

Description

• Liaising with site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Contributing to the development of the costing systems & inventory.
• Ensuring margins are maintained throughout the job cycle.
• Completing estimating take-offs and creating BOQs using Databuild.
• Reviewing and documenting amendments on architectural drawings, engineering and detailed working drawings.

Requirements

• Databuild experience is preferred.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
• A minimum of 2+ years previous experience in residential estimating.
• Strong communication skills and a great team player.

Benefits

• $90K - 110K + Super (Dependent on Experience).
