- Sweeps the pool area, picks up trash, empties trashcans into the dumpster, and maintains the restrooms on an as needed basis.
- Opens and closes the pool on time.
- Checks that all individuals in the pool area have a valid swimming pool pass.
- Maintains daily reports accurately.
- Maintains pools, chemicals, circulation system, and safety equipment and rules according to established guidelines.
- Maintains local health standards and complete proper records for readings and chemical usage.
- Ensures that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.
- Welcoming guests and ensures pool rules are being followed.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required talk and hear.
- Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, American with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to housing.
- Reports any maintenance problems to the Maintenance Supervisor and or Property Manager.
- Reports any accidents or unusual circumstances to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor immediately.
- Frequently is required to stand, walk, and use hands to maneuver, handle, or feel objects, or tools.
- Maintains pool and amenities to Company standards.

- Holds CPO certification as required by state law.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to frequently list and/or move up to 20 pounds.

- Time management skills are necessary.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job involve normal vision.
- Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays as necessary.
- Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.
