The Sr. Director Business Analytics (BI Manager) leads the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics that support portfolio decisions, trend analysis, and tracking. This role utilizes JLL and BMO's robust technology tools to deliver actionable insights for the Facilities Management Office and clients.
Day‑to‑day activities include delivering regular project analytics reports, troubleshooting data issues across tracking systems and cloud databases, and communicating trends through visualizations. The manager collaborates with technology contacts to resolve system access problems, documents and evolves best‑practice processes, and trains new users on Business Intelligence tools. Maintaining a comprehensive dashboard library and BI portal for project teams is also a core responsibility.

Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in project administration, corporate real‑estate, financial analysis, or business intelligence, and hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and Python is required; an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is preferred. Strong communication, creativity, and a team‑oriented mindset are essential.
The position is based on‑site in Chicago, IL, with a salary range of $95,000–$110,000 and does not provide visa sponsorship.
