Partner with architecture, engineering, and cybersecurity teams to meet non-functional requirements such as high availability, disaster recovery, and data integrity
Shape the data fabric architecture for federation, virtualization, metadata management, and governance across the grid data ecosystem
Define and execute strategies for secure OT–IT data integration, ensuring compliance with NERC CIP, FERC, ENTSO-E, Ofgem, and other global standards
Balance customer requirements for latency, scalability, and security with innovation in cloud, on-prem, and enterprise integration
Represent GridOS Platform at industry events, customer advisory boards, and standards bodies
Drive commercial success through adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities within GridOS and partner ecosystems
Position GridOS Platform as the trusted, secure foundation for the entire GridOS ecosystem
Evolve GridOS Foundation services (identity, access, telemetry, logging, monitoring, and developer tools) for seamless integration across all GridOS applications.
Ensure readiness to support AI/ML Ops pipelines and mission-critical workloads across grid operations and electricity markets.
Drive the on-prem to cloud modernization strategy with hybrid and multi-cloud deployment models.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers delivering on platform roadmap execution
Engage deeply with customers (T&D utilities, ISOs/RTOs, System Operators) to understand pain points, build trust, and ensure product-market fit
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GridOS Platform, including Data Fabric and Foundation.

Experience with cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes, microservices, containers, data lakes)
Experience in OT/IT integration
Strong background in data platforms, hybrid cloud/on-prem architectures, or core platform services
Experience addressing non-functional requirements such as backup/recovery, high availability, and security compliance
Demonstrated ability to deliver products in mission-critical industries (energy, grid, industrial, telecom, finance, etc.)
Background in AI/ML Ops integration with enterprise or operational data platforms
Ability to engage confidently with executive-level utility customers and internal stakeholders
Proven leadership of product teams and direct reports (hiring, mentoring, scaling)
Excellent strategic communication and cross-functional leadership
5+ years in data platform and foundational services roles
Advanced degree (MBA or MS in CS, Engineering or related field)
15+ years in product management or product leadership
