Accounts Executive

Description

• Support internal audits and statutory audits by providing billing documentation.
• Coordinate with operations/sales teams for billing inputs and necessary approvals.
• Maintain updated billing logs and MIS reports.
• Verify delivery challans, work completion reports, and supporting documents before invoicing.
• Prepare and validate GSTR-1 data for monthly/quarterly filing.
• Resolve billing issues and coordinate with clients on clarifications.
• Maintain invoice records and ensure timely entry in Tally / ERP
• Assist in follow-ups with clients for billing acceptance and payment processing.
• Generate GST-compliant invoices and e-invoices as per contract/PO terms.
• Ensure tax accuracy in invoices including proper application of CGST, SGST, IGST based on supply rules.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in billing/accounts with practical knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, and GSTR-1 preparation.
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Software: Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST portals.
• Language Proficiency: Good written and spoken skills in Hindi and English.
