The technician will perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, develop and refine maintenance procedures, and ensure automation and associated machinery meet design standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and electronic components, installing equipment to improve operational efficiency, and using machine data to evaluate performance. Experience with mills, lathes, surface grinders, MIG/TIG welding, and water treatment systems is also valuable.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, works well in a team, and can operate independently with minimal supervision. They must be able to read manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering instructions, and be proficient with basic power tools and measurement equipment. Experience includes troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, high‑voltage equipment, and control circuits, as well as at least five years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
