Description

The Regional Director of Service Operations provides leadership to Service Business Unit Managers across multiple offices, steering strategic growth and ensuring execution aligns with overall business objectives in the assigned geographic region.

• Develop and implement execution plans to maximize profitability and business objectives.
• Lead the Service team in upholding Core Values and set a positive example.
• Communicate best practices and share company resources across teams.
• Perform hiring, disciplinary actions, and personnel management duties.
• Achieve or exceed growth targets for the region.
• Provide cohesive leadership for Service operations across all offices.
• Coordinate overall team efforts to align with strategic goals.
• Create and manage Key Performance Indicators for performance tracking.
• Identify and implement appropriate growth strategies, including new locations, markets, and service offerings.
• Evaluate office performance on customer satisfaction and drive proactive improvements.
• Allocate resources to meet customer commitments and project requirements.
• Optimize staffing and technical capabilities to improve efficiency, satisfaction, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with managers on local hiring, performance reviews, salary recommendations, and internal personnel issues.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Maintain work quality to meet corporate standards and project specifications.
• Meet financial budgets and goals, overseeing pricing, cost data, and financial reporting.

Requirements

Travel requirements are minimal, with 0‑5% of time spent traveling to job sites or office locations.

The role involves prolonged desk work, occasional climbing of stairs, and periods of standing, kneeling, or sitting, with light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 20 pounds in a quiet environment.

• Require at least 10 years of verifiable experience, managing $15‑20M+ in service business.
• Possess knowledge of MEP systems and the ability to enforce safety policies.
• Demonstrate strong profit and loss management, budgeting, and financial projection skills.
