Team Leadership: Set the standard by promoting organizational policies and practices, with a strong focus on safety, risk control, project execution, and quality assurance.
Routinely lifting and carrying 40-50lbs, (field/laboratory samples and equipment)
Documentation & Proposals: Develop thorough technical reports, craft detailed project proposals, and engage in marketing and client development activities.

A Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain
A strong proficiency in computer skills, including at minimum Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
Geotechnical Proficiency: Utilize advanced engineering methods to evaluate foundation systems, slope stability, and settlement behavior, offering ground improvement solutions as needed.
You are willing and able to perform the physical demands of this position with the use of Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment such as:
A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the A/E/C industry
A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Mining, or a related engineering field
