Prepare management supporting materials for investor conferences, roadshows, and Board of Directors meetings.
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to the highest standard.
Assist in managing strong relationships with sell-side analysts, investors, and other stakeholders.
Effectively communicate the company’s key narratives, including the main drivers of current performance and long-term growth.
Lead and mentor junior finance members across the company; foster professional development and continuous improvement.
Develop concise, purposeful content for quarterly earnings materials, press releases, annual report, proxy statement, impact report, and investor presentations.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Journalism, or related field; MBA, CFA, or advanced degree preferred.
Experience with process improvements and optimization is a plus.
