Project Manager

Description

The position supports a large residential community project in Dubai, where the successful candidate will lead delivery, coordinate teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

• Lead project delivery to meet timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, aligning on KPIs and objectives.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Secure and oversee technical services, consultants, and contractors.
• Implement quality systems in line with Mace Way and Service Excellence.
• Facilitate clear communication, maintain accurate records, and manage changes through formal processes.
• Support senior project managers with intermediate tasks and provide timely reporting.
• Champion Mace’s “Safety First” culture and promote safe practices across all phases.

Requirements

• Possess experience working in the United Arab Emirates (essential for client approval).
• Hold MAPM, MRICS, MICE (or be working towards) or a recognized local equivalent.
• Demonstrate a proven background in project management or a similar role with construction delivery expertise.
• Hold tertiary qualifications in project management or construction-related fields, or equivalent experience/apprenticeship.
• Possess a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card or local equivalent.
