Facade Quantity Surveyor

Description

• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams
• Procure subcontractor and supplier packages
• Oversee commercial management of façade and drylining packages
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal departments
• Prepare and manage project valuations, variations, and final accounts

Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with experience in façades, cladding, or drylining to take ownership of key project packages. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs from procurement through to final account, ensuring commercial efficiency and successful project delivery.

Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Façades Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within façades
• Strong understanding of JCT / NEC contracts
• Experience working for a specialist subcontractor
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and QS-related software
