Collaborate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
Maintain records of trade partner certifications and policies.
Lead toolbox talks and safety orientations for new trades.
Maintain and inspect on-site safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid kits).
Coordinate safety meetings, take minutes, and track infractions.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits; follow up on corrective actions.
