Full-time Concierge responsible for executive-level assistance in an executive office setting, managing calendars, greeting visitors, arranging travel and meetings, and recording minutes of meetings.
Participate in community hospitality and customer service initiatives.
Coordinate and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
