Train targeted user groups on system and process changes
Ticket management and issue resolution including working with 3rd party support vendors as needed
Assist with problem resolution, end user support and execution
Conduct and/or participate in unit, integration, user acceptance, end-to-end and month end close testing cycles
Ensure timely RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAP (Corrective Action Plan) completion
Document, maintain and execute test scripts
Develop and document processes, quality controls and reporting to support system operations, corporate and field user teams
Manage ticket queues and work with the team to ensure issues are resolved and/or tracked thru completion
Produce functional specifications that will be used by development team to estimate work efforts
Develop "how to" documents for the team
Manage projects as assigned
Solicit, monitor and drive improvements in internal and external ERP customer experience

Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Capacity to become the subject matter expert for applications
Bachelor's degree (Business/Accounting/Finance preferred) or equivalent years of experience
Experience authoring business requirements, functional specs and test scripts.
