  • Keep track of all tasks, schedules, and budgets related to the move.
  • Be on site for all vendor and customer moves, including nights and weekends when required.
  • Evaluate and provide improvement suggestions for move processes and vendors; identify ways to improve client relationships through the MAC process.
  • Coordinate movers and alert security by providing all names for badging.
  • Coordinate pick up of crates and/or boxes.
  • Coordinate with FM team, PDS team, and/or move vendor on installation and reconfiguration of furniture as it pertains to small and large group moves.
  • Send out post-move surveys and reports on findings and identify process improvements as appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot all lost or misplaced items.
  • Coordinate with MAC Manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope.
  • Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work style.
  • Coordinate new hire placement.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key business partners, vendor partners, and MAC Manager.
  • Submit service tickets to have space cleaned, keys and chairs at desk.
  • Implement move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy plan.
  • Coordinate pre-move-walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupants.
  • Deliver boxes, move labels, post pin ups, and deliver/communicate move instructions.
  • Ensure all moves are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and adhere to schedules.

  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop excellent client relations, client management, and consultation skills.
  • Manage weekly small (<10) or large (>10) group moves.
  • Experience with database work order or CAFM system.
  • One to two (1-2) years of experience in project or move coordination preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of move process and furniture systems.
