Holds a valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
A team player with great problem-solving abilities
Experienced in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Has 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (preferred)
Communicates clearly and professionally – both written and verbal
