Under the direction of the project lead, the incumbent will implement project controls, develop schedule requirements, perform critical path analysis, and manage schedule contingency while collaborating with stakeholders on risk identification. They will provide regular updates, support month‑end closing and phase‑gate processes, maintain standardized file locations, produce various schedule reports, assemble documentation for client requests, analyze data for decision‑making, and interface with management, with occasional travel to client sites.
The position does not sponsor work authorization in the U.S. Essential qualifications include at least seven years of project experience, a post‑secondary degree, and proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software and resource loading. Candidates must have practical knowledge of project controls, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong motivation to learn and deliver high‑quality work, and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel or Access for building detailed spreadsheets and databases.
Preferred experience includes an engineering internship or co‑op in project controls, especially within the power industry, as well as professional certifications such as AACE CST or PMI equivalents, progress toward advanced AACE or PMI credentials, or completion of equivalent training and proficiency testing.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing time both in the office and remotely from home. The role applies technical expertise to develop and maintain project schedules for nuclear power generation projects, working directly with project management, client management, and site personnel.

The compensation range for this role is $95,840 to $147,870, with transparent disclosure of salary bands and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
