Manage projects and be the primary client contact.
Prepare Code reports and other technical communication for more complicated projects.
Apply Building and Fire Codes to new building designs as well as to existing buildings and renovations.
Identify new clients and opportunities to expand Code Consulting services.
Prepare project proposals and liaise with clients to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.
Coordinate project teams including other staff, contractors, and other technical disciplines for successful project delivery.
Review work prepared by others for typical projects and provide technical mentorship to a growing team of Code Consultants.
Investigate, advise, and solve unusual design and Code problems.

Strong technical skills and strong knowledge of Building and Fire Codes and related standards, Ontario and National Code knowledge is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and communicate with clients, authorities and contractors.

Ability to conduct business development.
Degree in Engineering or Architecture required.
Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
