Established relationships with industry professionals and regulators;
In-depth understanding of local and state land development regulations and processes, including zoning, stormwater management, and erosion & sedimentation control;
Proven experience in the management and development of a consulting engineering team; and
Technical design expertise, including site layout and test fits, grading, stormwater management, erosion & sedimentation control, and site utility design;
P.E. required (including registration in Ohio or the ability to obtain reciprocity);
Proven ability to build relationships, provide effective mentoring, and build team morale.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree;
