Serve as a critical member of the Plant Leadership Team, leading the development and sharing of best practices across the entire corporate network.

Lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean Manufacturing principles across multiple production units, meeting or exceeding daily KPIs and taking swift corrective action.
Work collaboratively across functions (Quality, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure cohesive execution toward unified KPIs (service, cost, quality, and safety).
Coach and mentor a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion, developing staff and creating clear personal growth plans to ensure every employee feels encouraged and motivated.
Optimize production flow, manage staffing for the 24/7 schedule, and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to ensure the on-time production and shipment of conforming products.
