Field Service Manager

Description

• Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures. Conduct risk assessments and method statements
• Maintain credit control logs and CRM
• Efficiently plan Lift and Escalator Engineers workloads
• Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
• Carry out regular site monitoring

Requirements

• Previous experience working within the lift and Escalator industry or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential
• Relevant technical or management qualifications would be desirable
• NVQ Level 3 / NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering
