Furniture Assembler

Description

The Furniture Assembler is responsible for overseeing and executing the delivery and installation process on the ground, accompanying drivers to ensure all products are handled, transported, and delivered in line with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle’s premium standards. The role combines hands-on delivery and assembly duties with customer interaction, ensuring each order is completed with accuracy, care, and exceptional service.

• Conduct pre-delivery and post-installation inspections to ensure all items are damage-free and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Report any product or installation issues promptly and assist in documenting incidents or damages.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the delivery process, proactively addressing client questions, ensuring satisfaction, and representing the brand with professionalism.
• Serve as the main customer point of contact during delivery, maintaining professional and courteous communication.
• Participate directly in loading, transportation, delivery, and installation of furniture items.
• Ensure every delivery meets the brand’s standards, from product handling to final setup and presentation in the client’s home.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies during delivery and installation activities.

Requirements

• High school certificate.
• Carpentry Experience is required.
• 1-2 years’ industry experience in delivery or installation — preferably in luxury furniture or home décor.
• Delivery Experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent to Fluent English.
