Install DAS equipment, including indoor and outdoor antennas, coaxial cable, and couplers.
Interpret blueprints, design drawings, and other project documents, including specifications, reporting, and quality requirements.
Maintain the project timeline and accurately report job status daily.
Ensure that work is being performed in accordance with all safety and quality guidelines and expectations.
Stay current with industry trends and developments through ongoing professional development.
Learn and perform line sweeps and PIM testing.
Ensure the highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld.
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours.
Terminate coaxial cable.
Take and tag pictures as needed.
Troubleshoot RF and fiber line issues.

Must be willing to travel out of market/state for up to several months at a time (90%).
Must be detail-oriented and have excellent time and organization skills.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
This job operates in a field environment. Must be in good physical condition with the ability to routinely bend, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, lift 20-50lbs or more, lift in awkward positions, stand, and twist for extended periods.
Must be proficient in using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and power meters.
Continue to work towards training and certifications for work-related jobs.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles. A commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.
Must be able to work in a team environment and be a valued member of the crew and the company.
