Description

• Interview prospective residents, record information to assess needs and qualifications, and input data into the system.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments, discussing unit features, amenities, location, and lease terms.
• Qualify prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork; update records as needed.
• Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits and application fees.
• Introduce new residents to apartment/property procedures.
• Promote positive resident relations to ensure high‑quality living experiences.

Requirements

The company is seeking a Leasing Consultant for its San Francisco, CA location, working Friday through Tuesday, to support one of its beautiful 300‑plus unit communities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales and customer‑service professional to grow a career in property management.

Candidates must demonstrate sales and customer‑service experience, hold a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), and be effective communicators and listeners who work well on a team and can work weekends. The position pays $25.00‑$27.00 per hour and includes a competitive compensation package with 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and full‑time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, vacation, and sick‑time accrual.
