Prepare vinyl lineals for production using a lamination process
Work may involve repetitive motions and working in a fast-paced assembly line manufacturing environment
Assists co-workers in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments to perform work according to standard work procedures and instructions
Saw and machine vinyl and metal to prepare for window and door assembly utilizing CNC saws and mills.
Must meet daily production rates while maintaining quality standards for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing may be required to access materials and operate equipment.
Assemble and glaze windows and patio doors through an assembly line process.

Stable work history with preferred 2 – 3 years of manufacturing experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Works well in a team environment with a diverse workforce.
Demonstrated proficiency in using metrology instruments and recording inspection data
Ability to read and interpret production paperwork and labels
This role requires consistent physical activity throughout the shift, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with team assistance.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Diagonal cutters
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
Self-retracting knives
Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times, and employees are expected to maintain a safe and clean work area.

Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
Vacuum hoists
Employees must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day on hard surfaces.
