Perform plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations in social housing properties, including but not limited to fixing leaks, blocked drains, repairing toilets, sinks, and taps, installing boilers, radiators, and showers.
Liaise with the office team to ensure that the correct materials are ordered and stocked for each job.
Maintain accurate records of all works completed, including time spent, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Proven experience as a plumber, ideally with experience in social housing or residential properties.

Experience with a wide range of plumbing tasks, including heating and boiler systems, as well as drainage and pipework.
Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
City & Guilds Plumbing Level 2/3 (or equivalent), NVQ in Plumbing or Heating.
