Engage in exploratory procedures, working with condensers, crystallizers, batch reactors, distillation columns, and more.
Perform process equipment assembly, cleaning, and maintenance.
Maintain laboratory and production area cleanliness and organization diligently.
Manage time and organization efficiently.
Develop and support processes from bench to pilot scale independently and collaboratively.
Follow and help develop standard operating procedures for chemical syntheses and manipulations.
Manage and analyze data sets effectively.
Document work clearly, report task progress, and communicate results efficiently.

Collaborative, strong communication skills, and ability to take instructions.
Experience with titration, distillation, wet chemistry, sample preparation, and working with laboratory equipment such as condensers, crystallizers, and batch reactors.
Hands-on experience in a research laboratory or chemical production facility.
BS degree in Chemistry with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, or M.S. in Chemistry with 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in work and willingness to learn from more experienced chemists.
Comfortable working with hazardous materials and maintaining safety standards.
Understand and strictly adhere to safety programs related to hazardous chemicals.
Organized, good with documentation and explaining work, flexible to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
