Groundwater components of Environmental Statements/ Environmental Impact Assessments - this will involve preparation and coordination of groundwater resources and groundwater flooding EIA documents and technical assessment, as well as providing responses to petition queries, hydrogeological analyses and specialist opinion to support previously published environmental assessments.
Working closely with designers of other disciplines to produce co-ordinated designs taking account of hydrogeological considerations.
Hydrogeological impact assessment and mitigation for new developments and engineering proposals.
Hydrogeological ground investigations, including conducting and analysing hydrogeological pumping tests and environmental monitoring.
Attending project meetings and communicating with all grades of staff, external design team members and clients.
Groundwater resources and supply investigations including borehole performance assessment, borehole feasibility studies and design and supervision of borehole supplies.
