Tasks

-Pull building permits and ensure compliance with all local codes. -Estimate and prepare change orders; track project costs and variances. -Supervise on-site personnel; lead weekly site meetings and maintain clear communication with teams. -Interface with inspectors, architects, engineers, and municipal officials in NH and MA. -Maintain accurate documentation, progress updates, and client communication. -Allocate labor and subcontractor resources effectively to maintain the budget and schedule. -Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on every job site. -Manage all aspects of assigned remodeling projects from planning through closeout.

What You Bring

-Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications accurately. -Strong negotiation and client relationship abilities. -Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized under pressure. -Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes. -Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. -3 or more years of project management or field leadership experience. -Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and construction management software (JobTread knowledge a plus). -10 or more years of residential construction experience (Design/Build remodeling required).
