Ensure compliance with SEWA, FEWA, and local municipality requirements throughout all project stages.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities to track and expedite approvals, inspections, and handovers.
Design and review electrical systems (power, lighting, low current, and mechanical equipment connections) in accordance with UAE regulations and international standards.
Integrate electrical systems with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure cohesive and efficient design.
Prepare and submit electrical drawings, load schedules, and single-line diagrams for SEWA approval under the engineer’s license.
Supervise and inspect electrical installations on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, BOQs, and material submittals for client and authority review.
Maintain complete records of authority submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
Coordinate with FEWA and other relevant authorities for project submissions and approvals.
Support tendering processes, cost estimations, and subcontractor evaluations.

Khales Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified and licensed Electrical Engineer to support the design, supervision, and authority coordination of electrical systems across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The ideal candidate MUST hold a valid SEWA Consultancy License and have proven experience in MEP design drawings, authority coordination, and site supervision.

UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP design, authority submissions, and supervision within an Engineering Consultancy.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Strong knowledge of UAE standards, SEWA/FEWA regulations, and international electrical codes (IEC, NEC).
FEWA registration/experience is an added advantage.
Valid SEWA Engineer License (mandatory).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), electrical calculation software, and MS Office.
