  • Manage opportunities and leads, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up. Maintain detailed records in Salesforce, ensuring up-to-date customer information and activity.
  • Partner with the analytics team to create new visualizations via business intelligence tools.
  • Directly negotiate with customers to overcome adoption barriers and develop plans to resolve pain points.
  • Stay abreast of trends and innovations in eCommerce to continue to maximize eCommerce sales growth.
  • Quickly respond to online customer inquiries to increase sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with the AECO sales team to achieve sales goals for both new customer acquisition and existing customer retention within the online sales channel.
  • Help plan promotional strategy with a focus on new and renewal campaigns including abandoned carts, migration campaigns, trial campaigns, winback, and other online targeted promotions and campaigns.
  • Use online platforms such as live chat, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital tools to source new leads and prospects.
  • Communicate daily with customers through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention and reducing churn
  • Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring minimal escalation and high satisfaction.
  • Report on eCommerce performance campaigns, including standard KPIs such as conversion rates, page views, abandoned cart rates, customer engagement, and lifetime value metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, operationalize, and execute relevant online promotions to drive financial performance for eCommerce.

  • Must be a driver of eCommerce change and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and customers at various levels.
  • Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • 5+ years of practical experience in customer service or sales
  • Must report to the office at least 3 days a week but can work remotely otherwise.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM ideal.
  • Must have previous hands-on experience with customer engagement.
  • Background in global eCommerce sales, digital sales, SaaS, and platforms.
