- To assist with developing and delivering good practice in project and design management
- To act as key interface with Clients on allocated projects, understanding and seeking out opportunities.
- Assist in ensuring that design reviews are held for projects
- Assist in bid preparation including engaging with RHDHV design teams
- Assist in bid preparation and proposals where required
- Business development support including input into bids and proposals
- Design manage documentation to support the delivery of designs (project management plan, programme, RFI register, risk and opportunities register etc.)
- Liaison and co-ordination with other Project Managers and Project Teams
- To manage and co-ordinate internal design resource, facilitate design meetings with both internal and external designers
- Assist in development of good techniques/systems for project management
- Managing commercial aspects of projects, including proactive change control procedures and maintaining project finances
- To deliver small to medium multi-disciplinary design projects for Clients ensuring excellent technical delivery against the brief according to the RHDHV Management Systems
- To ensure commercial control over design projects involving setting of project budgets, allocating fee targets, monitoring fee spend, carrying out change control to achieve profitable results
- To manage small / medium projects and deliver successful results
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
- To monitor delivery against the Client brief and produce design reports, design programmes, deliverables registers, reporting internally and to the Client.
